It's crazy that our schools have mostly dropped explicit teaching of typing in today's modern, computer-driven world. The ability to type quickly and accurately without looking at your hands isn't just a nice-to-have skill - it's as fundamental to modern work as handwriting was a generation ago.
It's $100 to join a Typing Club group. Financial assistance is available to those who qualify.

In an age where we expect every adult to navigate complex digital workplaces, it's wild that we're graduating students who can't confidently create a folder structure or understand basic spreadsheet functions. While kids might be masters of TikTok and Snapchat, there's a world of difference between social media fluency and genuine digital literacy - this can help fill in the gap.
Most of these classes will run around $200 each. Financial assistance is available to those who qualify.

Did you know that the Indiana Department of Education & our schools allow teachers to teach these college-level courses in Computer Science without any substantial background in software development & computer science? It's hard to learn stuff from people who don't have a strong grasp on the material themselves.
We pair small groups of students up with expert software engineers & people that know what it takes to do well on the AP® exams. This is also a great opportunity for students with a little bit of background knowledge who would benefit from some additional structure to help them prepare without having to take the classes.
Each group will have one or two 90-minute meetings a week for 14 weeks during the spring semester.
Enrollment is $600 per class. Financial assistance is available to those who qualify.
